Abstract
A case of staphylococcal endocarditis with the echocardiographic findings of mitral anular abscess is described. The anular mass resolved after 9 weeks of antibiotic therapy. This case illustrates that perivalvular abscess complicating infective endocarditis may respond to medical therapy.Entities:
