Abstract
Reciprocal inhibition of soleus motoneurones in man was studied during voluntary contraction of soleus or its antagonist. Inhibition was strongest during antagonist contraction or at rest and weak during contraction of soleus itself. Possible explanations for these changes are discussed.Entities:
