Abstract
Physicians, individually and collectively, are formulating and marketing health promotion campaigns in unprecedented numbers. While such efforts are generally consonant with the ethic of promoting health by scientifically valid means, care must be taken not to compromise this ideal in pursuit of marketable, simplistic models of disease.Mesh:
