Abstract
The case is presented of a 38-year-old woman who suffered multiple cerebellar infarctions as a result of emboli from a vertebral artery dissection. Surgical therapy led to a satisfactory recovery. This case emphasizes the importance of an aggressive approach to such lesions.Entities:
