Abstract
We report a patient in whom spontaneous extrusion of a staghorn calculus into the flank soft tissues was diagnosed by CT. The stone was demonstrable on CT as fragments of calcific density appearing in the subcutaneous area. To our knowledge this complication of renal calculus disease has not been previously reported.Entities:
