Abstract
A personal experience of 1199 cases of secondary rhinoplasty with an analysis of possible mistakes is attempted. Avoidable and partly avoidable complications are listed. The surgical and psychological aspects are discussed and the therapeutic consequences outlined. Typical cases to illustrate these principles are presented.Mesh：
