Abstract
Acute onset hypesthetic-ataxic-hemiparesis is described in two hypertensive patients. Computed tomography (CT) showed an area of increased attenuation consistent with blood in contralateral thalamus. The pathophysiologic implications of the cerebellar and pyramidal system in thalamic hemorrhage is discussed.Entities:
