Abstract
Augmentation mammaplasty has been associated with a broad spectrum of connective-tissue disease, systemic illness and autoimmune phenomena. The three cases reported herein suggest a possible relationship between silicone gel implants for augmentation mammaplasty (with capsular contractures as complicating feature) and the development of chronic arthropathy.Entities:
