Acute chylous peritonitis with associated intestinal tuberculosis.

Abstract

Acute chylous peritonitis is a rare condition that may be a sign of occult disease. However, in the majority of cases an underlying cause has not been demonstrated. The following is a case report of a five-year-old boy with acute chylous peritonitis with associated intestinal tuberculosis.
