Abstract
In a patient with cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed findings of demyelination in the cerebral white matter, which was also hypodense on CT. The MRI abnormality seemed to be clinically significant in this patient with progressive dementia and abnormal gait.Entities:
