Abstract
A 35-yr-old woman with coexistent primary biliary cirrhosis and Sjogren's syndrome developed recurrent transverse myelitis. The histopathologic appearance was that of an angiitis associated with necrotizing myelopathy involving the cervical and thoracic spinal cord.Entities:
