Abstract
A case of valproic acid poisoning with coma and neurological sequelae is presented. The course of the intoxication was severe with affection of the brain, heart and liver. The patient remained in coma for thirteen days. After this he recovered slowly although reduction in vision still persisted after two months. The toxicity of valproate is discussed.Entities:
