Abstract
Ten type I and 10 type II hypertensive diabetic patients were treated for 12 weeks with captopril (50 mg twice daily). Good control of blood pressure was achieved without any significant adverse effect on carbohydrate metabolism or renal haemodynamics and without evidence of glomerular or tubular damage.Entities:
