Abstract
Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a rare form of myeloproliferative disorders, with only sixteen reports in literature. Neutrophilic leukocytosis, bone marrow myeloid hyperplasia, elevated leukocytic alkaline phosphatase and the absence of Ph1 are the most import features. In this paper all the cases previously described are reviewed and diagnostic criteria and therapeutic results are outlined.Entities:
