Abstract
Two cases of abdominal abscesses related to the falciform ligament are described. The importance of ultrasonic localization is stressed, as these extrahepatic abscesses require surgical drainage, whereas an intrahepatic abscess, particularly amoebic, may be treated with antimicrobials.Entities:
