Abstract
The authors present a working knowledge of immunology as it applies to the nose. The normal immune response is elaborated upon in its different aspects (non-specific and specific types of response). A detailed description of the immune defence mechanism is given with emphasis on the clinical syndrome associated with immune disorders.Mesh：
