Epidermoid tumour of the cerebellopontine angle as a cause of trigeminal neuralgia.

Abstract

Three patients with epidermoid tumours of the cerebellopontine angle presented with trigeminal neuralgia. The patients were relieved of their symptoms by surgical excision of the tumour. Diagnosis and treatment of this condition is discussed.
