Abstract
We describe a 23-year-old woman with both pernicious anemia and systemic lupus erythematosus. This is a rare association despite the relationship between the autoimmune etiology of the 2 conditions, and it is of particular interest in that adult pernicious anemia is very uncommon in young people.Entities:
