Abstract
Two cases of hemosuccus pancreaticus as the source of upper gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown cause are presented. The literature on this rare cause of gastrointestinal blood loss is reviewed. Also, the influences of time-course and clinical appearance on the diagnosis of this problem are described.Entities:
