Abstract
A second recorded case of Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome, without purpura, due to Haemophilus influenzae is described. It is suggested that the absence of purpura should not preclude the diagnosis of the Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome due to this organism.Entities:
