Abstract
In a 24-year-old bisexual man with stage IV Kaposi's sarcoma, the typical immunologic alterations reported in other patients with disseminated Kaposi's sarcoma were not seen. Lymphopenia, a low helper-suppressor T-cell ratio, impaired lymphocyte responses to T- and B-cell antigens and mitogens, and abnormalities in cell-mediated immunity could not be demonstrated.Entities:
