Abstract
A case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy presenting with chest pain and dyspnoea was followed for 18 years. During this time the patient showed a progressive loss of cardiac murmurs and over the last 12 months of life developed a dilatated cardiomyopathy associated with congestive heart failure, supraventricular and ventricular tachyarrhythmias.Entities:
