Abstract
A 58-year-old man presented with anemia and neutropenia. The bone marrow examinations showed changes consistent with myelodysplastic syndrome. Twenty months later, acute lymphoblastic leukemia developed. This case appears to represent myelodysplastic (preleukemic) syndrome terminating in acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Entities:
