Abstract
A 73-year-old man with acute myelomonocytic leukemia developed a severe paralytic ileus after amsacrine and etoposide treatment. The ileus did not respond to treatment with gastric suction and intravenous fluids. Autonomic neuropathy induced by anti-neoplastic drugs may lead to this life-threatening condition.Entities:
