Abstract
Complete remission rates, remission duration, and survival were established in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with chromosome #1 anomalies, and the results were compared with those in patients with normal karyotypes or other chromosomal changes. Even though the complete remission rate did not differ significantly among the three groups, remission duration and survival were significantly longer in children ALL and chromosome #1 anomalies as compared with those in the other two groups.Entities:
