Abstract
Flurbiprofen, a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, and tranylcypromine, a PGI2 synthetase inhibitor, in topical superfusion over an arterial segment respectively decrease and increase ADP-induced local white platelet thrombus formation. Superfusion of the arterial segment with PGI2 demonstrates a dose-response related inhibition of ADP-induced thrombosis.Entities:
