Abstract
We describe a case of a 21-year-old man who had a generalized lymphadenopathy and arthritis. Inguinal and cervical lymph nodes showed changes typical of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy. Extensive coagulative necrosis of the intrasinusal histiocytes is described, a feature which, to our knowledge, is unreported previously.Entities:
