Abstract
Metacarpal osteotomy and distraction lengthening is an excellent method of treating patients with multiple digit aplasia, metacarpal hypoplasia, and some types of digit amputation. The authors describe their technique and the results obtained in 24 patients operated on for 41 metacarpals.Entities:
