Abstract
In a patient with a history of sudden onset of an isolated sensory syndrome of the right side of the body the sensory deficit was exclusively related to lemniscal sensitivity. NMR imaging showed a small hemorrhage in the left paramedian portion of the pontine tegmentum, corresponding precisely to the location of the median lemniscus.Entities:
