Abstract
Preoperative planning of a total hip replacement is a necessary first step in arthroplasty. If properly done, it can shorten the learning curve for new prosthetic systems, minimize intraoperative guesswork, and decrease surgical time. It also will allow the surgeon to fulfill one of the universal goals of reconstructive surgery--precision with reproducibility.Entities:
