Abstract
Two siblings with persistent neonatal hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia are reported. Diazoxide (10 mg/kg/d) was successful in controlling hypoglycemia for eight years and one year, respectively, without serious side effects. Pancreatic surgery was not necessary.Entities:
