Abstract
A 19-yr-old primigravida presented with a back mass which was found to originate from the right ilium and was associated with oblique fetal lie. Elective caesarean section and excision of the mass were done. Histologically, the lesion proved to be an aneurysmal bone cyst. Review of bone tumors associated with pregnancy is presented, with discussion of the problems related to diagnosis of this condition.Entities:
