Abstract
This is the first reported case of anorexia nervosa in association with Klinefelter's syndrome. Although the patient was initially diagnosed as suffering from 'atypical' anorexia nervosa, Klinefelter's syndrome was cytogenetically proven and other organic pathology ruled out.Entities:
