Intravitreal angiostrongyliasis.

Abstract

A case of intravitreal angiostrongyliasis is reported in a Thai female who had eaten raw snails. After immobilising the worm by use of an intravitreal cryoprobe it was successfully removed via the pars plana with vitreous foreign body forceps.
