Abstract
A case of mechanical obstruction due to retrograde jejunogastric intussusception through the enteroanastomosis after a Billroth II gastric resection is reported. The literature is reviewed with special attention to the operative procedure performed. Reduction of the enteroanastomosis is proposed as the method of choice in these cases.Entities:
