Autoradiography and histochemistry of mineralized tissues by means of the Ullberg freeze-sectioning technique.

L Hammarström.

Abstract

The present paper is a review of some different applications of whole-body freeze-dried sections to illustrate the usefulness for studies on mineralized tissues. Thus the application of autoradiography fluorescence microscopy and enzyme histochemistry and their combinations is described.
