Abstract
Amputation of the lower extremity is more frequent in diabetic patients than in the general population. Causative factors include foot deformities, neuropathy, dysvascularity, infection, and gangrene. A grading and treatment program is outlined for aid in treating the lesions that develop in these feet.Entities:
