Cerebrospinal fluid fistula involving the sphenoid sinus.

Abstract

A case of posttraumatic delayed cerebrospinal fluid fistula from the middle cranial fossa to a lateral extension of the sphenoid sinus is reported. The advantages in demonstrating this unusual set of circumstances by computerized tomography are discussed.
