[Lipomas of the uterus: rare tumors of this site--case report].

Benign tumours of the uterus except leiomyomas are rare. We report on two lipomas of the uterus. It is a remarkable fact that uterus lipomas can mimic sarcomas. One of our patients was also suspected of having a sarcoma because of rapid progression of tumour size and abdominal pain.
