Abstract
The case of a 13-year-old girl with an unusual form of partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection is reported. Cardiac catheterization revealed anomalous connection of the right pulmonary veins to the azygos vein and an intact atrial septum. Rationale for nonsurgical management and four-year follow-up results are discussed.Entities:
