Abstract
Basal cell carcinoma is a common neoplasm that rarely metastasizes. Metastatic basal cell carcinoma has been associated with a deficiency of cellular immunity. Patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, at greater risk for specific neoplasms, may be at greater risk for basal cell carcinoma and subsequent metastasis. We report a case of metastatic basal cell carcinoma in a patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome-related complex.Entities:
