Abstract
Large simple cysts of the kidney are common findings in adults but are extremely rare in neonates. Three cases of large solitary renal cysts in newborn boys associated with posterior urethral valves are described. The pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, and differentiation from urinoma secondary to spontaneous urinary extravasation are discussed.Entities:
