Abstract
A case of Hodgkin's disease with multiple systemic to pulmonary artery fistulas is described. Despite resolution of the parenchymal infiltrate with combination chemotherapy, the vascular abnormalities persisted. Successful closure of the vascular connections occurred after therapeutic embolization with gel foam and alcohol.Entities:
