Abstract
From our four cases, we conclude that prompt diagnosis, intensive care monitoring and support, and early use of bromocriptine can markedly reduce the duration of the symptom complex of neuroleptic malignant syndrome, as well as significantly improve the 20% mortality previously reported.Entities:
