Abstract
A modified ELISA procedure is described which permits selective detection of monoclonal antibodies reactive with the native antigen. The essence of the method is the use of immobilization methods that do not result in denaturation of the antigen during adsorption to the microtiter plates. This was accomplished by using polyclonal antibodies, adsorbed to the wells of the microtiter plate, as the immobilizing agent.Mesh:
