Arachnoid cyst of the collicular cistern.

Abstract

Arachnoid cysts of the collicular cistern are rare. Two patients with this lesion are reported in whom the extent and location of the cyst were shown by computed tomography. The clinical and radiographic features of this lesion are summarized.
