Abstract
An elderly man with a retrovesical leiomyosarcoma is described. This unusual tumor showed a prominent myxoid stroma. The smooth muscle origin of the malignant spindle cells was confirmed by ultrastructural study. Review of the literature has not yielded a similar case.Entities:
