Recurrent pancreatitis caused by vegetable matter obstruction.

Abstract

A case of recurrent acute pancreatitis caused by blockage of the ampulla of Vater with a piece of vegetable matter is recorded. After endoscopic removal of the foreign body, the patient experienced no further episodes of pancreatitis.
