Abstract
A case is reported of an accessory ovary in a 46-year-old woman. Accessory ovaries are frequently small and may therefore be overlooked at laparotomy. The present case was presumably discovered due to gonadotropic hyperstimulation caused by the menopause or the previous bilateral ovarian resection.Entities:
