Quantification by flow microfluorimetry of specific binding of antibody to some serotypes of Haemophilus pleuropneumoniae.

Abstract

The cross-reactivity exhibited in various other serological procedures by antisera prepared against some standard laboratory strains representing serotypes 1 to 4 and 6 of Haemophilus pleuropneumoniae was also apparent when they were examined by flow microfluorimetry.
